He not only developed his family-run company into a multimillion-dollar enterprise that now has more than 900 employees and 13 retail outlets from Halifax to Vancouver, but also started three other successful businesses: Veritas Tools Inc, Algrove Publishing Ltd, and Canica Design Inc.
