The Canadian Marketing Association (CMA) promotes industry growth, development and education
through various events. It provides a forum for members offering educational and networking
opportunities for those involved in specific marketing disciplines. CMA is the largest marketing
association in Canada representing the integration and convergence of all marketing disciplines,
channels and technologies.
There are five regional CMA chapters, including CMA Ottawa. Our members include some
of the National Capital's major financial institutions, insurance companies, publishers,
retailers, charitable organizations, agencies, relationship marketers and those involved
in e-business and Internet marketing. The Ottawa Chapter of the Canadian Marketing Association
typically holds a luncheon (September to May), which provides professional development
and education. Various workshops, training sessions and social events are organized through
out the year in the National Capital Region. |
